My beloved friend and brother Josh Stoddard died last year. In his honor, we are bringing those who love him together for a tribute show at Mercury Lounge in New York City on October 20.
Josh and I traveled the world together, rode tour buses in Kyoto and Kansas and co-founded the Still Out together. He went on to become a sought-after music video producer, sound bath performer and prolific creator.

On the bill will be Adam Franklin & Bolts of Melody (Swervedriver) featuring Captain Kirk Douglas (The Roots); and The Astrojet with
Jody Porter (Fountains of Wayne). I'll be reforming the Still Out and playing with Adam and others. Members of the Lemonheads, Caveman and Heaven will also star). Benzos with Dan Haag will also be reuniting after a long hiatus and other special guests may star.
All profits will be donated to MusiCares, an amazing organization that provides mental health, addiction recovery, and medical services to those in the music industry.

An amazingly talented mentor and friend died far too soon of Covid in April 2020. I covered one of his compositions, Fountains of Wayne's "Sick Day," with my band the Still Out; all proceeds will be donated to Musicares. I also talked about what an inspiration he was in this tribute organized by Rachel Bloom (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend) and I'm working on another tribute to him with my other band, Modern Secrets...

producers and Arjun easily holds his own and fits right in
Arjun "Arj" got his start working for a decade at New York's Stratosphere Sound, gaining extensive experience in both the anlalog and digital realms, all through the studio's vintage Neve 8068 console. There he worked closely with studio owners, James Iha and Adam Schlesinger. He also engineered sessions for Depeche Mode, Hole, Michael Stipe, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, NPR, and hundreds of others.
